A mortgage branch website that ranks in your city and gives every originator a page
A branch website earns local search and keeps a team looking like one business when it carries a page for the branch, a profile for every originator and the same program pages and disclosures across all of them, updated by someone other than you.
What usually goes wrong for branch managers
- The corporate site buries your branch three clicks deep and it ranks for nothing local.
- Each originator has built their own page on a different tool with a different look.
- When someone joins or leaves, the site takes a quarter to catch up.
- Compliance changes have to be made in a dozen places by a dozen people.
The pages your site will carry
8 pages at launch, each with the same disclosure block, identifiers and application path.
- Branch home for your city
- About the branch, address, hours and NMLS identifier
- A profile for every originator
- One page per loan program the branch offers
- Payment estimator
- How to apply
- For local agents and builders
- Contact
Payment estimator routed by originator
The estimator on each originator profile sends its leads to that originator; the estimator on the branch pages routes by the rule you set, such as round robin or by program. Every estimate is labeled as an estimate and not a quote, offer or pre-approval, and lands in the branch CRM or LOS with the originator and page attached.
Every figure the estimator shows is illustrative. It is never a quote, an offer, a rate lock, an approval or a statement of eligibility. The wording and the disclosures are approved by your compliance team before launch.
Questions from branch managers
Every question, groupedHow many originator pages are included?
As many as the branch has. Each profile is built in the same structure, so adding an originator is a single revision with their details, photo and identifiers.
Can the branch site sit under the corporate domain?
It can be on a subdomain or a directory of the corporate domain if head office agrees, or on its own domain if that is what the policy allows. We advise on which will rank better for your city during the demo, and the choice is yours.
Who handles the compliance footer?
You or your compliance team supply the wording; we place it on every page in the same position and change it everywhere at once when it needs to change. Nobody at the branch edits a page.
What happens when an originator leaves?
You email us, we remove or redirect their profile within the standard turnaround, and any leads still routed to them are reassigned in the estimator rules. Their program pages stay because they belong to the branch.
